Home Care Plus provides on-demand laundry, dry cleaning, and shoe & bag care in Kozhikode, Kochi, and surrounding areas. Service availability, turnaround times, and pricing may vary by location and are subject to change without prior notice.
Memberships & Subscriptions
Membership plans offer benefits such as priority scheduling, discounted rates, and complimentary pickups. Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your membership at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Bookings, Payments & Refunds
All bookings are confirmed subject to availability. Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, as specified at checkout. Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information, ensuring someone is available to hand off and receive items, and disclosing any special handling instructions for delicate or high-value items in advance.
Service Availability & Limitations
While we strive to deliver every service on schedule, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. Home Care Plus is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability
