How are my clothes washed?
Items are sorted by colour and fabric, washed by garment type, steam ironed and quality-checked before they are packed for delivery.
Are my clothes mixed with other orders?
No. Every order is tagged at pickup and tracked separately through cleaning, ironing and packing.
What about delicate garments?
Flag delicate items on WhatsApp when you book. They are handled per their care label, and dry cleaning is available where washing is not suitable.
Do you offer express service?
Yes — ask on WhatsApp when you book and we will confirm the fastest available slot.
What if something is damaged or lost?
Tell us on WhatsApp and we will trace the tagged item and make it right. Our terms page covers this in detail.
How do I pay?
Pay on delivery by UPI, card or cash. Members are billed as per their plan.
